About Tony's Massage
Tony's Massage is the practice of Tony, a New York State licensed massage therapist. Tony offers private, full-body massage sessions in New York City: in clients' homes, hotel rooms and Airbnbs in the five boroughs, and at the Chelsea location, 238 8th Ave, New York, NY 10011, inside Manhattan Barbershop NYC.
Wellness, not medical treatment
Sessions are for relaxation and general wellness. They are not medical treatment or diagnosis, and they do not replace care from a doctor or another licensed health professional. If you have a health condition or an injury, or you are pregnant, please check with your doctor before booking and tell Tony before your session begins. Tony may suggest changing a session, or not going ahead with it, if he believes massage is not appropriate for you that day.
Bookings
Sessions are by appointment only, every day from 9 AM to 6 PM. A booking is final once the time and place, and for an in-home session any travel and parking arrangements, have been confirmed with you. Sessions outside New York City are by arrangement only.
Prices on the website are Tony's New York City prices in US dollars. For in-home sessions, travel and parking are arranged individually and confirmed before the appointment. If a price or detail on the website ever differs from what was confirmed for your booking, the confirmed details apply.
Wellness packs
The Wellness Pack, VIP Monthly and Transform Pack are sold at the prices shown on the website. Before you buy a pack, ask Tony how and when its sessions can be used; the answer confirmed for your purchase applies.
A professional service
Every session is a professional massage with professional draping, and you can pause or stop it at any time. Any request or behavior of a sexual or otherwise inappropriate nature ends the session immediately.
In-home, hotel and Airbnb sessions
Please give an accurate address and a little open floor space for the massage table. Tony brings his own table, linens and oils. You are responsible for making sure that Tony is allowed to visit the place where the session is booked, including any building, hotel or rental rules.
Using this website
The website gives general information about Tony's sessions. We try to keep prices, hours and other details accurate and up to date. Please don't misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or someone else's information through its forms.
Online forms, booking and chat, where the website offers them, are provided through Logika. Links to Instagram and Google Maps take you to services with their own terms. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the website is provided as it is, and Tony's Massage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
