Tony's Massage wants everyone to be able to use massagebytony.com: to read about Tony's sessions, see prices, find the Chelsea location and get in touch, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We treat accessibility as part of building the website, not as something added afterwards, and we do not use an accessibility overlay widget.
What we have done
- Pages use a clear heading structure and landmarks, with one main heading per page.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
- Meaningful photos have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons are designed for sufficient color contrast, and body text is at least 16 pixels.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap comfortably on a phone, and the page works when text is enlarged.
- Animation is kept to a minimum and respects the reduced-motion setting of your device.
- Policy pages, such as this one and the Privacy Policy, are ordinary pages with their own addresses, not pop-ups.
Known limitations
Some parts of the experience are provided by other services and are outside our direct control: Instagram, where you can message Tony, and Google Maps, which opens for directions. Where the website offers online booking or chat, those are provided through a separate platform that loads inside the page. If any of these causes you difficulty, please tell us and we'll help you another way.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this website is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Message Tony on Instagram at @tlekpro, or use the contact form on this website when it is available. Please tell us which page you were on and what happened, and we'll do our best to fix it and to help you book in the meantime.
About this statement
