Tony's Massage ("we", "us") offers private massage sessions in New York City: in clients' homes, hotel rooms and Airbnbs, and at our Chelsea location, 238 8th Ave, New York, NY 10011. This policy explains what information this website, massagebytony.com, collects, why we collect it, who helps us process it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use a contact or callback form, the booking page or the chat on this website, you may give us:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the message you write, such as the session you're interested in, times that suit you and, for an in-home session, the address or neighborhood where it would take place;
- your agreement that we may contact you to respond to your request.
We ask only for what we need to reply to you and arrange a session. Please don't send payment card details through the website, and please don't send detailed health information. If something about your health matters for your session, tell Tony in the short conversation before the session begins.
Forms, booking and chat
Where this website offers an online form, booking or chat, it is provided through Logika, the software platform we use to receive and manage requests. When you submit a form, choose a time or write in the chat, your information goes directly from your browser to Logika's servers and is stored there for Tony's Massage. The website itself does not store what you type. The chat may be answered by an automated assistant; when it is, the chat window says so.
Messages on Instagram
If you contact us through Instagram, your messages are handled by Instagram (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy, as well as by us.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
- Maps. The Directions links take you to Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager and only on massagebytony.com, to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, an approximate location derived from the IP address, and clicks on buttons such as Book or Directions. It is set up so that it never receives what you type into a form or the chat, and ad personalization is turned off.
- Cookies. The website's own pages, forms and chat do not set cookies. If Google Analytics is in use, it sets its own cookies to tell visits apart; you can block or delete them in your browser settings and still use the whole website.
How we use information
- to reply to your message or callback request;
- to arrange, confirm and, if needed, change your session, including travel and parking for an in-home session;
- to keep the website working, secure and easy to use.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unless you have separately agreed to that, and we do not send text messages from this website.
Who else processes information
- Logika: forms, booking, chat and request records.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
- Google: fonts, maps, and analytics when it is in use.
- Meta (Instagram): if you message us there.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep request and booking details for as long as we need them to arrange your sessions and keep our ordinary business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. To do so, message Tony on Instagram at @tlekpro, or use the contact form on this website when it is available. We will reply within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
